Well, it's been a rough couple of months. I've been doing fine, but poor Sally has been very, very ill. She would just lay around, not even play at all. And then she wouldn't use the litter box. I was appalled, but she wouldn't talk to me. And then she got some huge open sores on her back legs. The Lesser Species took her to the Pokey place, and she came back and they forced little white circles down her throat! At first she was so sick, she didn't even fight them!
Just the past couple of days, she's actually come out and sat on the Lesser Species' laps, and even has accepted some skritches. And I'm not totally sure, but I think she might even be using the box again! And when the Slobbery Hound Things get around her now, she actually has the energy to growl and tell them off.
Hopefully, she'll feel well enough to blog in the next day or two!!

Stupid Lesser Female
She says she goes away everyday so that we can eat - what's up with that? And then she explains that she works for some See Pee A - and she says it's "Tax Time" and she's so busy that she can't set us up to post on our very own blog - that when she's home, she has to have the laptop to herself. What a selfish creature.
She is now waiting for the Slobbery Hound Creatures to come in from outside (what the heck? why do they want to go outside? it's freaking cold out there), so she said I could have the laptop for a minute or two.
I have some bad news. I think Sally isn't feeling well. She refuses to play, doesn't groom herself at all, is losing hair, does circles around the 2 seated comfy seating thing, and has also - {gulp} stopped using the litter box. I hear the Lesser Female Species talk about trying to get her to the Pokey Place, and I wonder what's going to happen next. It has even been mentioned that she might not come home.
Then who am I going to complain to?
I need to go throw up somewhere...

Gone!!!!
Wow, it's been great around here! The Male Lesser Species took the Slobbery Hound Things in the Rolling Box Thingy and came back WITHOUT THEM!!!! Could this be our Catmas Present? Did Santa Paws convince the Lesser Species that we didn't need Slobbery Hound Things here?
But, then, the Lesser Species got out some big bags and put their Fur Replacement items in them, and then went out the door and they haven't come back. I heard them say something about going to see the Female Lesser Species' parents, someplace called AreKansas - the Male Lesser Species seems to not like AreKansas, but he'll go when the Female Lesser Species tells him there's no choice!
So, here we are, Dizzy and I, all alone with no Slobbery Hound Things!!! But, we also don't have the Lesser Species to give us skritches. Good and bad together. Dizzy is still crying all the time. Here it is, Catmas, and no message from The Boy. Nothing. She is inconsolable. I'm starting to get a bit annoyed. She has a warm, comfy place with food, and the Lesser Species will pet her if she asks. What more can she ask for. Geesh.

Problems, problems, problems
Well, first of all, the Female Lesser Species came down with some bug called Flu. So, her laptop wasn't opened for a long time.
And then, well, Dizzy asked me to tell you out there in the Cat Realm... she's been too depressed to lift her tail. She cries constantly (and it's driving me crazy, but as her sister, I put up with it - some). She runs into the Lesser Species sleeping room and hides under the big comfy sleeping mat, and won't come out for nothing. Not even a cat treat. The Lesser Species have even tried the Fun Weed with her - it doesn't work.
You see, about a month ago, The Boy and the Lesser Species got into a pretty big yelling match. And then The Boy left. Gone. Not even a goodbye to poor Dizzy (or his mother). He left and moved to some place they call Canada.
Dizzy had been beside herself. She has lost weight, can't sleep, won't play. It's pitiful. And I'm actually feeling her pain too - I can't even get myself groomed correctly.
Please send happy meows to Dizzy. We're all hoping that Santa Paws might bring something nice to make her purr again. (like a note from The Boy telling her she is still his baby...)

Moving?
Oh man, the Boy got a job today - he starts next Monday. And he told me he was going to save up and move to his own place.
But - this time he says he's going to take ME! The Male Lesser Species told him that we have to take Sally if the Boy is going to take me. I guess that's ok, she IS my adopted sis.
At least we have a few more months here, and he won't be driving me too far - I really don't like the car - I get sick, very sick.
Well, we'll see what happens now!

From Sally
Well, it took the Female Lesser Species long enough to get the hint!
We were just getting into the Cat Blogosphere, and loving meeting all of you - and then she TAKES THE LAPTOP AWAY FROM US!!!
She says something about taking a class in something called digi-scrapping (what-ever!), and she's been doing "layouts" like crazy - and not letting any of us (not even the Slobbery Hound Things) on to the computer to even say hello!
So, I did something I normally don't do - I actually got up in her LAP. Yes, me - the Queen of Disinterest - got up on her LAP right next to her laptop and let her skritch me for a long time! (well, yes, THAT wasn't so bad!) So tonight, she FINALLY got the hint, and let me get back on and say hi to everyone! But, being the selfish pig-head the Female Lesser Species said I could only get on for a few minutes. What's up with that? I DESERVE time on the laptop - I LET her give me skritches! Doesn't that count for something?
Grrrr!

Geesh!
You would think the Female Lesser Species would get it - when she gets up in the morning, and sits on the Porcelain Litter Box, I expect to get skritches. She's not doing anything important. So, I need attention.
I try to tell her that - I tell her at the top of my lungs, and she yells at me that it's too early in the morning.
All I want is some skritches and then I'd be fine.
Stupid Lesser Species.

Sad Day

It's a sad day. We've been visiting some other blogs, and noticed something in almost all of them. The Female Lesser Species looked over our paws and started to leak water out of her eyes. Even tho we don't know them very well, we want to send our mews and purrs to the family of Violet "Sprout". We had the Female Lesser Species copy this purrty picture and hope no one is mad cause we wanted to send our sympathies to them.
I'm gonna go hug the Boy now.

What's the big deal?
Ok, that Boy is here and Dizzy seems to be in seventh heaven. I, on the other hand, have lost my spot downstairs.
So, now I'm spending time upstairs where the Slobbery Hound Things chase me, and the Lesser Species just doesn't understand that I do NOT want to be picked up, but they must pet me when I ask. And then I even grace the Female Lesser Species with my presence, jumping up to let her pet me, and she had the gall to tell me to get down! I guess this thing on tv has her full attention. I would think *I* would be given full attention, but no, we have to let the Female Lesser Species watch all these strange people walk around some track. She says this only happens once every four years, and not to bother her at all during the two weeks it's going on.
I don't know what the big deal is, there aren't any cats involved, so it can't be that interesting. I mean, the Female Lesser Species COULD keep her eyes on the big picture shower and just use her hand to smooth my beautiful fur.

He's Here!
Well, the Boy made it home yesterday! I got lovins and skritches and pettins! The Male Lesser Species was gone for a few days and came home with the Boy! Sally isn't too excited, but she's not a lovey like me!
I was so happy, I even let the Gold Slobbery Hound Thing sniff my tail area!

Coming Home to Stay!
Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!!!! The Boy is coming home to STAY!!! I guess it didn't work out where he is now, and he called the Male Lesser Species and asked to come home!!!! I was outside the big sleeping room after they Lesser Species had closed the door in my face - and I heard the Ringy Box make noise and then the Male Lesser Species was talking. Next thing I know, the Lesser Species are coming out and talking about how the Boy wants to come home!!!! They also talked about him finding a job and some other junk - but all I cared about was the Boy is coming back to me!!!!!!
The Male Lesser Species is going this weekend (whatever a weekend is) and getting the Boy! It's just about all the Lesser Species talks about! They seem excited, but I know I'm THRILLED!!!
Well, gotta go and get some grooming done! I want my black coat sleek and shiny when I greet the Boy at the front door!

My turn!

Well, It's about time I got my turn on the computer!
The Female Lesser Species took the Flashy box and cornered me on the couch right after a nap! I guess I wasn't too upset, as I look pretty good in this photo!
Dizzy wants to go to the Boy, but I know the Lesser Species won't let her, as she gets sick 2 seconds after traveling! I keep telling her she's got it good here - two Slobbery Hound Things to pester, food at all times in the Magic Bowl, and our own Litter Box! We don't have to go outside for anything, and we have soft spots to snooze! And usually the Lesser Species gets it when I insist on skritches, as long as they don't try to pick me up!

The BOY!!!
Well, the Boy came for a visit! It was wonderful! He gave me lovings and skritches and held me! I thought this time he'd take me away from these Lesser Species, but it was not to be...
So, when I found out that the Lesser Species were sending a box to the Boy, I decided I had to go!
I'm not sure if there is enough room in the box, but I'm working on it! If I could only get the Lesser Species to get rid of this Harry Pot book thing at the bottom of this box!

He's Coming!!!
I just heard from the Lesser Species that the Boy is coming home for a visit!
I can't wait!
He will pay attention to me - pet me, love me, give me the Fun Drug, and I will be Queen again! Sally doesn't care one way or the other, but I'm looking forward to seeing the Boy!
I don't think he's going to stay, but I will at least be the Queen of the house again for a little while!
The Lesser Species are away this weekend - and the Slobbery Hound Things are gone too! Sally and I have been having a lot of fun, pushing stuff off the big cold box, and off the table! And we have been hacking up some hairballs to "welcome" them all back when they come back!

They're Home..
Well, they were only gone a couple of daylights, but the Lesser Species came back. I guess it's ok, since they do fill the feed bowl and the water. BUT then, just a little bit after they got home, they left and brought back the Slobbery Hound Things! WHY oh, WHY can't they just leave them where ever it is that they go?
The big Golden Slobbery Hound Thing immediately chased me. My beautiful black and white fur is disturbed now. I need to find a shoulder to meow on. Or at least a warm blanket to curl up in and take a bath.
Sally just stays downstairs and curls up on the big sitting thing - at least the Slobbery Hound Things can't get to us downstairs.

About Time!
Well, we've been begging and begging for the Female Lesser Species to let us use the laptop, but she keeps saying no!
But we watched as they packed the fake fur skin stuff - we don't quite understand the fact that they have skin stuff that they layer with other skin stuff. We like our own real coats - but they have to cover their own real skin. Go figure. And they put them in these big bags and drag them to the scary rumbly thing and put it in the scary rumbly thing's butt.
Anyway, they left with BOTH Slobbery Hound Things, and DIDN'T COME BACK!!! We have food, a clean litter box and a full water bottle dish... and they left on the computer down stairs!
So, we are sneaking on and telling everyone - It's wonderful to have the whole living space to ourselves. We're trying to throw up in every corner, so the Lesser Species don't find it for a while! And we've scattered out litter all over the place! And we're planning to push everything off the countertops tonight!
That'll teach the Female Lesser Species to not let us have the laptop. She promised we could use it more, and then she gets busy again. Wench. We'll teach them. Bring on the crystal!!!!!

Yippy Skippy the Big Slobbery Hound Thing is 1 Year old
Well, it took the Female Lesser Species long enough to let us get back on the computer.
This past Friday was the Big Golden Slobbery Hound Thing's birthday. Like anyone cared. He's such a pain in my rump. Literally. Everytime I finally get one of the Lesser Species to let me relax on their soft, warm shoulders, that Big Golden Slobbery Hound Thing sticks his cold wet nose up my rumpus and pushes me forward. What a pain. I keep telling him to leave me alone, and I even give him the royal hiss, but he just doesn't get it. What an imbecile.
And then the Lesser Species go and celebrate this Big Golden Slobbery Hound Thing's first birthday. He and the Other Slobbery Hound Thing got cake and ice cream. What did Sally and I get? Nothing, nada. Not even a bit of cake, not a lick of ice cream.
So what if I've been a bit under the weather, and have had to hack up some hairballs on their new carpet? I DESERVE cake and ice cream. I allow them to pet me and grace them with my presence, and I don't get one little taste.
Little do they know I've hacked up hairballs all over the family room in the basement! Take that you Lesser Species!

The Female Lesser Species
I have found out that the Female Lesser Species has a much more padded shoulder to curl up on. She says she going to some Watching Place to watch her softness go away, but for now I'm enjoying the cushyness.
BUT, she sits and pushes me down all the time. I tell her off, but she just tells me I make a better door than a window. Like a CAT could ever be a door. Or a window. What's up with this? No wonder they are a Lesser Species!
And I'm slowly getting over the Boy leaving. The Female Lesser Species does let me get into the Boy's sleeping area, and so I get some sniffing time. I still miss him... but at least I wasn't subject to a long trip in the pukey machine. I hate the pukey machine.

What a Christmas

Well, Dizzy said I could type this one, as she's still so upset, she can hardly do her bathing.
The Boy Lesser Species has left her. Just up and left. He told the Male and Female Lesser Species one night right after Christmas, and he left the next morning. He was moving to Georgia with his birth grandparents that he hasn't seen in at least 9 years. He didn't take Dizzy either (of course, with her tendency of getting sick in the Moving Box, that was probably good for her, but she won't listen to me at this point).
The Female Lesser Species did get a picture of her and the Boy Lesser Species right before he left - can you tell she wasn't happy with him leaving?

Of course, as I hate to be held (see next photo), I didn't really care if the Boy Lesser Species went or not... but I was kinda glad he didn't leave with Dizzy - who else would the Slobbery Hound Things chase if she was gone? ME! Yes, ME! Whew!
The Female and Male Lesser Species are doing something really strange. Every couple of days, our house is changed. First the colors on the walls change. Then stuff gets moved all over (I was really upset when they moved the High Spot on me - it's much harder to get up there now). And today - some Lesser Species came in and put this stinky stuff on the ground (it's soft, and the Female Lesser Species says the smell will go away after they bring out the Noisy Sucking Machine a few times), and then they bring in new Sitting Cushions. Three of them. I'm still deciding if they are cushy enough for my beautiful fur to shed on!
Here
's a picture of Dizzy (before the Boy Lesser Species left her - when she was still happy) - helping with the color changing. She said she was willing to help - but
I think she just liked being up Semi-High! Also, I found a nice photo the Female Lesser Species took of me, and since I don't want Dizzy to have more photos on here than me, I decided to grace you with my beautiful fur! I hate the Flashy Box, so the Female Lesser Species was lucky to get this one of me!

Mewy Christmas everyone!
Sally and I wanted to extend our happiest, purriest Mewy Christmas to all of you!
I am now over my cold, it wasn't nice, but I let the Female Lesser Species hold me and pamper me a bit - that was ok!
Sally is now playing with me again. She is such a KittyDiva. Like a cold would kill her. I survived.
Santa Paws brought us a wonderful sock filled with the Feel Good Grass. Sally and I took turns rolling in it. I love Feel Good Grass.
The Female Lesser Species said our sock will help homeless kitties around here. I don't know how, but anything to help those poor babies. (She also said it will help homeless Slobbery Hounds Things, and in the spirit of Mewy Christmas, I guess that's ok.) I guess we all need to be thankful that we have a warm place to sleep and Lesser Species to cater to our every whim.
Have a very Mewy Christmas and I hope Santa Paws brought you everything on your list! (If not, go ahead and hack up a hair ball on the Lesser Species clothing - it doesn't matter if you are naughty or nice at this point!!!!)
