Geesh!

You would think the Female Lesser Species would get it - when she gets up in the morning, and sits on the Porcelain Litter Box, I expect to get skritches. She's not doing anything important. So, I need attention.
I try to tell her that - I tell her at the top of my lungs, and she yells at me that it's too early in the morning.
All I want is some skritches and then I'd be fine.
Stupid Lesser Species.

What you have to do is wind yourselves around her legs whilst she sits there, or jump up on her lap so she has no option but to give you da skritches!

I do that to my Mom too. I figure I have her cornered.

our mommy knows - when she is sitting on the human litterbox each of us gets a turn in her lap for skritches. Or else we bite her toes.

Hello, Ladies! Whicky has the right idea, jump up in her lap! Or you can take the toilet paper hostage and exchange it for skritches..Or go dip your paws in the sink and pat her face with your wet paws!

You should try what I do, sit on the rain thingy in the human litter box room and stare. Then if they still ignore you attack them thru the plastic that seperates you from them. I usually land a good whap on the mom when she ignores me in there.

Hi Dizzy and Sally
You need to tell your mum that it's never too early for scritches, and we agree, sitting on her lap is a good idea.

I do that to my Mommy and she tells me to go away - I don't get it?!

It's quite nice to meet you.

Your issues sound so familiar... sigh. Like they are really doing anything in there...

That's the best places to get some extra scritches in the morning. The beans are down at our level and they have nothing else to do with their hands, so what's the problem?

We hear you! We have the same lack of cooperation and consideration from Jan!

We suggest a little ankle bite....
Or - if you are lucky as we are and have your litter box in that same room do your #2. We let Tintin do his when the maid is on the porcelain thing - because his (kittie's poo!!!) rivals Baby Mao's! Hahahahahahahahahahah

Hi! Doesn't your mommy know it is never to early for scritches? Silly lady

Our beans have to be extra careful. My siblings tag team them. Mini Munch will wrap herself around their legs while Orange Boy moves in behind the toliet. When the go to stand up, and trip over Mini Munch, Orange Boy makes his mmove for the toilet bowl. For some reason he tends to think it is a big drinking fountain...so needless to say they have to shoo him off and ALWAYS put the lid down...lol

Hi Sally & Dizzy!
You two are very pretty ladies. If there is anything we need more of around here its pretty ladycats.

Mine mombean is tricky ... she puts the food in mine dish, then she goes to her litter box. Hey! A mancat like me is hungry first thing in hte morning. ;)

It's never to early for scritches! Hopping up on the lap is a very good way to get attention, but keep your claws in, or you might get the wrong kind of attention.

Hello there, Sally and Dizzy! I just heard about you at the Cat Blogosphere and wanted to drop by and get to know you. It sounds as though you are having difficulty training your human properly, but that is to be expected because humans have a well-deserved reputation for being stubborn and headstrong. However, if you are patient, you will likely find them to be a wonderful companion, as well as being indispensable for opening cans of Stinky Goodness.

Yeah... what's with the porcelain litter box, anyway? They don't even dig in it!
Hi ladies, I'm Pablo from Australia. I'm going to take the very bold move and give you the Blogging Friends Forever award, even though we've only just met! Please consider it a warm (and kinda belated) welcome to the Blogosphere from me. Come see my blog post (dated 20 August).
